Staff: Training, Retaining and Motivating

Wednesday, March 14th, 9:30am – 11:30am

Recruiting an excellent staff is only the first step in building an excellent team. Thoughtful training and professional development take it a step further. But what about retaining that staff and continuing to motivate that staff to do their best work for the children we serve? There are no easy answers to these questions, so please join us with some special guests to discuss techniques and strategies for training, retaining and motivating staff. You’ll be sure to pick up some great resources and network with some great people along the way.
